I'm a full-stack developer based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with 5+ years of remote experience building AI-powered products for finance: accounting automation, investment-research compliance and market intelligence.

At Count, I build full-stack features for an AI-powered accounting ledger that automates reconciliations, transaction categorization and bank-feed matching. Before that, at ACA Encore, I worked on an AI platform that screens investment-research and expert-network calls for risk, building the interfaces and services behind its transcription review, real-time risk detection and compliance reporting.

At AlphaSense, I spent nearly two years shipping features on a market-intelligence platform with a cross-functional team. Earlier, I owned a multi-game tournament platform from UI design to deployment, and built medstore.et and the back end for room.et.

I also keep my fundamentals sharp: through A2SV (Africa to Silicon Valley), I've solved 600+ algorithmic problems on LeetCode and Codeforces. I'm completing a BSc in Computer Science at Addis Ababa University, expected June 2027. I work across C++, Python and TypeScript, with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL and Docker.
